Sleeping 8 adults with comfort, in four bedrooms and with 3.5 bathrooms, this condo is the perfect location for a larger or extended family gatherings or gathering of friends/colleagues. There is plenty of space to spread out (and get ready!) It is steps from the bus route and just a couple of minutes from everything, ParkView is a treasured development of condo's nestled into Park City's busy center, with views overlooking the McLeod Creek to one side, and the Park City ski area & Jupiter Peak to the other side.

In the center of the home is a large seating area with a roaring wood fire where you can gather at the end of the day to share stories, play games or catch a movie / keep up with the days sports on the large TV above the fire (not shown in pic but is there!) In addition, the family sized dining table will become a favorite central point, conveniently next to the open plan kitchen, so no-one is ever left out! Just outside the french doors, is large covered deck with gas grill and table & chairs that looks directly onto the McLeod Creek below. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. The master suite has a kingsize bed, with smart TV and ensuite bathroom that has a luxurious walk in shower, heated floor and heated towel rail in addition to the separate double vanity area. There is really lots of space for everyone to get ready! The master also opens onto a cute balcony from where you can sit and appreciate the creek babbling past morning, noon and night. Bedroom 2 has a second kingsize size bed with a smart TV, and finally bedroom 3 has a queen size bed with another smart TV and a desk. The second bathroom also has a recently re-modeled, beautiful walk in shower and is shared between the king and queen bedrooms. Bedroom 4 is downstairs in the large, airy basement area. It has a a king bed, cozy gas fire, futon (sleeps a child comfortably) and it's own full bathroom. All this is easily accessed through the private garage. One side of the garage is available for indoor parking or leaving your gear before entering into the home.

This is a quiet, mainly residential neighborhood. There is a multi-use path that runs right past the house and within half a mile you will find great places to eat and exercise as well as many of Park City's famous outdoor trails. In the winter, step out of the garage directly onto the groomed trail for hiking, snow-shoeing or cross country adventures! ParkView is located right behind the Park City Peaks Hotel. The free local bus stops about 200m away, and will take you to the base of either resort in 10 minutes as well as to Main Street for après ski, shopping or dining.

The entire house is yours to enjoy, including one half of the garage, and two additional parking spaces in front.

Check-in is simple and easy, with no need to stop at a central office. Go straight to the house when you arrive in Park City and enjoy. Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 61 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 61 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

-All renters will be required to sign the renter agreement, that will be emailed immediately after booking and to provide a cc number for the file for Security deposit. -A $750 security deposit hold will be applied to the card on file the day before arrival and released within 7 days from departure. -This is a small community and guests are expected to maintain quiet hours between 10pm and 7 am. -Absolutely no animals, not even small, friendly, non-shedding, well behaved. Sorry! -No smoking is permitted on the property or within 20 ft of the building (Utah State Law)
