Sleeping 6 adults with comfort, in three bedrooms and with 2.5 bathrooms, this condo is the perfect location for a larger or extended family gathering or gathering of friends/colleagues. Plenty of space to spread out (and get ready!) It is steps from the bus route and just a couple of minutes from everything. ParkView is a treasured development of condo's nestled into Park City busy center, with views directly looking up to the Park City Ski Area.

The condo has a private garage where you can leave your gear before entering into the beautifully decorated space, fully remodeled in 2024 to offer a contemporary mountain-casual style. There is a comfy sectional sofa and two deep chairs, where you can gather to play games around the cozy fire, or catch a movie / keep up with the days sports on the large TV. In addition, the family sized dining table will become a favorite central point, conveniently next to the open plan, and amazingly stocked kitchen (with recently updated appliances), so no-one is ever left out! Just outside the french doors, is a small private yard, with your own hot tub to enjoy. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. The master is stunningly decorated, with a beautiful king bed, smart TV & ensuite bathroom with large walk in shower as well as separate double vanity - lots of space to get ready! The master also opens onto a cute balcony from where you can sit and appreciate the mountains, morning, noon and night. Bedroom 2 has a second kingsize size bed, also with a smart TV whilst bedroom 3 has a queen size bed.

This is a quiet, mainly residential neighborhood. There is a multi-use path that runs right past the house and within half a mile you will find great places to eat and exercise as well as many of Park City's famous outdoor trails. In summer and winter alike, you can step out to find your own adventure, right from the door. (The winter trail is groomed for snowshoeing & X-country skiing.) ParkView is located right behind the Park City Peaks Hotel. The free local bus stops about 200m away, and will take you to the base of either resort in 10 minutes as well as to the main street for après ski, shopping or dining.

The entire house is yours to enjoy, including the double garage, additional parking space, and the private hot tub and yard.

Check-in is simple and easy, with no need to stop at a central office. Go straight to the house when you arrive in Park City and enjoy. There are 3 separate bedroom on the upstairs floor of the house. The master has an ensuite bathroom with separate shower and bath and a cute balcony to enjoy a sundowner, or quiet morning coffee. The queen bedroom has a small blowup child bed, should you need it. The third bedroom has a queen bunk with a twin XL bed over it. The bunk is a hand-built piece commissioned for the unit, so is sturdy and great for adults and kids alike. The queen and Bunk rooms share the second bathroom.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 61 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 61 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

-All renters will be required to sign the renter agreement, that will be emailed immediately after booking and to provide a cc number for the file for Security deposit. -A $750 security deposit hold will be applied to the card on file the day before arrival and released within 7 days from departure. -This is a small community and guests are expected to maintain quiet hours between 10pm and 7 am. -Absolutely no animals, not even small, friendly, non-shedding, well behaved. Sorry! -No smoking is permitted on the property or within 20 ft of the building (Utah State Law)
