The condo is nestled into the side of the Canyons Resort, overlooking the beautiful new Golf course. There is no chance of being disturbed by additional buildings, traffic or road plowing at night. Within the development, just across the private driveway, is a wonderful outdoor pool and hot tub area, with separate gym for your use as guests.
The Waldorf, next door, has one of the nicest beauty spas in Park City with excellent services to pamper or recover, as well as great dining, right on your doorstep.
This condo is a 3 minute walk from the Waldorf Goldola, that takes you straight to the heart of the Canyons Ski Village. You can also use the free Canyons Connect Shuttle to get around the base as required. From the Canyons Village, you can easily access ski school, rentals and the vast ski area offered by Park City.
To travel to the heart of Park City's Old Town, or Deer Valley Resort, a quick bus ride on the express line that runs every 5-10 mins will have you there in a few minutes. In this way, you can enjoy the best that Park City has to offer both day and night.

My name is Susie Townshend and I started my business, Mountainside Treasures, in 2013. It is a small property management company that excels in renting luxury vacation properties in ski towns. Being small ensures that we maintain an attentive service for both our guests and clients. Check out the web page for more about me and what I can offer. I am also a ski instructor at Park City - let me know if you need some help to get you going once you are here!! I am British born and bred and moved to the east coast US in 2005. I passionately skied for several years with my 4 children, in Jay Peak, Vermont, but after visiting Utah a couple of times, made the move to Park City in 2012. We adore the life here, summer and winter. Utah is a mecca for outdoor enthusiasts and I am delighted to be able to share some of my family's passion with our guests. We would love to give recommendations of favorite places to visit, places to ski, places to bike and hike. We'd love to hear your stories too. Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 61 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 61 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
-All renters will be required to sign the renter agreement, that will be emailed immediately after booking and to provide a cc number for the file for Security deposit. -A $1000 security deposit hold will be applied to the card on file the day before arrival and released within 7 days from departure. -This is a small community and guests are expected to maintain quiet hours between 10pm and 7 am. -Absolutely no animals, not even small, friendly, non-shedding, well behaved. Sorry! -No smoking is permitted on the property or within 20 ft of the building (Utah State Law) -All outer footwear MUST be removed on entry to the home. -No street parking at any time -Please check for Pool opening times in Spring and Fall.
