The master (king) bedroom and the queen bedroom (both with ensuite's) are on the ground floor / entrance level along with a useful mud room area for all the gear! Upstairs, is a good size kitchen, living room and third bedroom, with a separate, third bathroom. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you will need to be home away for home.
There is parking for one car in the large common area, covered garage. This is a huge perk at Park City, where parking can be difficult, but really you do not need a car in this location. You can more easily walk where you need to go, anywhere within Park City, than drive and park!

My name is Susie Townshend and I started my business, Mountainside Treasures, in 2013. It is a small property management company that aims to excel in renting luxury vacation properties in ski towns. Being small ensures that we maintain an attentive service for both our guests and clients. Check out the web page for more about me and what I can offer. I am also a ski instructor at Park City - let me know if you need some help to get you going once you are here!! I am British born and bred and moved to the east coast US in 2005. I passionately skied for several years with my 4 children, in Jay Peak, Vermont, but after visiting Utah a couple of times, made the move to Park City in 2012. We adore the life here, summer and winter. Utah is a mecca for outdoor enthusiasts and I am delighted to be able to share some of my family's passion with our guests. We would love to give recommendations of favorite places to visit, places to ski, places to bike and hike. We'd love to hear your stories too. As relative newcomers to Park City we are always exploring and constantly enjoying the discovery of new places and things to see and do.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 61 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 61 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
-All renters will be required to sign the renter agreement, that will be emailed immediately after booking and to provide a cc number for the file for Security deposit. -A $750 security deposit hold will be applied to the card on file the day before arrival and released within 7 days from departure. -This is a small community and guests are expected to maintain quiet hours between 10pm and 7 am. -Absolutely no animals, not even small, friendly, non-shedding, well behaved. Sorry! -No smoking is permitted on the property or within 20 ft of the building (Utah State Law) -All outer footwear MUST be removed on entry to the home. -No street parking at any time
