Living room with cozy gas fireplace, internet enabled cable TV with sound system & free high-speed wi-fi internet. Assorted puzzles, games & cards complete a cozy night in after a long day on the mountain! Balcony with views through the trees of The Uinta mountains to East. (facing away from ski runs, ensures a quiet night without disturbance of snow-making equipment and groomers!)
Guests have full access to heated locker room with private lockable ski locker, and tuning bench for safe storage of skis & boards.
Fully equipped modern fitness room is in next building and there are two heated outdoor pools, one adjacent to the condo (can look down on it from just outside front door) and second a short walk away. Two tennis courts, several barbecue grills and picnic tables on shady lawn outside condo are perfect for summer use.

Snowflower is unique in Park City because it offers truly ski in ski out accommodations in a secluded private setting. There is no road or late night street noise in this development. In the summer, it has beautiful cool and shady areas to enjoy, and these transform into a safe winter wonderland for kids in the winter.
Condo is 200m to the local bus route, which takes you all over Park City, and to grocery stores, liquor store, cinemas etc.
There is a covered heated garage and each guest will have access to a parking permit for the duration of their stay.

My name is Susie Townshend and I started my business, Mountainside Treasures, in 2013. It is a small property management company that takes pride in renting well appointed vacation properties in ski towns. I am also a ski instructor at Park City - let me know if you need some help to get you going once you are here!! I am British born and bred and moved to the east coast US in 2005. I passionately skied for several years with my 4 children, in Jay Peak, Vermont, but after visiting Utah a couple of times, made the move to Park City in 2012. We adore the life here, summer and winter. Utah is a mecca for outdoor enthusiasts and I am delighted to be able to share some of my family's passion with our guests. We would love to give recommendations of favorite places to visit, places to ski, places to bike and hike. We'd love to hear your stories too. The master bathroom has been re-modeled in November 2016, and boasts a new vanity unit, with granite tops, and re-surfaced integrated bath/shower and toilet. Second bathroom is accessed from outside bedroom 2, and also received re-model in December 2016. It includes an enlarged vanity, with granite tops, toilet, separate shower and hot tub bath, which is sure to be a novelty to the younger guests and a perfect spot for relaxing for anyone over 10!!! |

The master bedroom is well proportioned with a King size bed and flat screen TV. Built in closet provides plenty of space for clothes, personal belongings and general storage. Key pad safe located in closet. Large windows provide beautiful view through secluded aspen woods towards the magnificent Uinta Mountains in the distance. Bedroom two has a queen with a sturdy twin XL bunk over the top, and a window overlooking the gallery entrance area. Closet space and shelving provide plenty of storage throughout your stay. |

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 61 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 61 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
-All renters will be required to sign the renter agreement, that will be emailed immediately after booking and to provide a cc number for the file for Security deposit. -A $500 security deposit hold will be applied to the card on file the day before arrival and released within 7 days from departure. -This is a small community and guests are expected to maintain quiet hours between 10pm and 7 am. - Absolutely no animals, not even small, friendly, non-shedding, well behaved. Sorry! -No smoking is permitted on the property or within 20 ft of the building (Utah State Law) -Please check for Pool opening times in Spring and Fall.
