It is close to restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities, and nightlife and has great views of the Park City ski slopes. It sits right on the bus route, (the stop is just outside). Inside, the condo is clean, cozy and well maintained. Definitely a find! It is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
The bedroom has a comfortable kingsize bed and good quality linens. There is also a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room, making this great for a couple or a small family. The kitchen is fully equipped for your gourmet needs, although there are many eating options and a full grocery store close by, so you wont be caught short.
There is a communal hot tub on site in the winter, where you can relax and unwind after a day of activity! Shared laundry facilities are also onsite, on the ground floor of the building.
Check-in is simple and easy, with no need to stop at a central office. Go straight to the unit when you arrive in Park City, and enjoy. I live in Park City and am always around to answer questions, but I won't bother you if you don't need me! Enjoy the benefit of our local knowledge with recommendations and discounts on various services you may need throughout your stay.
Finally, the PC free bus route stops just outside the condo and will take you to the heart of main street in less than 5 minutes. Download the free app to access bus timings and route information.

My name is Susie Townshend and I started my business, Mountainside Treasures, in 2013. It is a small property management company that takes pride in renting well appointed vacation properties in ski towns. I passionately skied for several years with my 4 children, in Jay Peak, Vermont, but after visiting Utah a couple of times, made the move to Park City in 2012. We adore the life here, summer and winter. Utah is a mecca for outdoor enthusiasts and I am delighted to be able to share some of my family's passion with our guests. We would love to give recommendations of favorite places to visit, places to ski, places to bike and hike. We'd love to hear your stories too. Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 61 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 61 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
-All renters will be required to sign the renter agreement, that will be emailed immediately after booking and to provide a cc number for the file for Security deposit. -A $300 security deposit hold will be applied to the card on file the day before arrival and released within 7 days from departure. -This is a small community and guests are expected to maintain quiet hours between 10pm and 7 am. - Absolutely no animals, not even small, friendly, non-shedding, well behaved. Sorry! -No smoking is permitted on the property or within 20 ft of the building (Utah State Law) -Please check for hot tub opening times in Spring and Fall
