The Ridgepoint ski out trail is just a few steps from the front door and ski closet. The ski trail is groomed daily by Deer Valley and connects to Deer Valley Resort's Last Chance/Success runs. The ski in trail is off Silver Link run with a short walk back up Sterling Street to the top of the ski trail and a short ski back down to the front door.
Whether you're an avid hiker, mountain biker, or simply want to enjoy the breathtaking scenery, you'll find the outdoors at your doorstep. Beyond the trails, you'll find that the home is conveniently located a just a few minutes walk from the charming shops and restaurants of Deer Valley's Silver Lake Lodge area.
The townhome features an inviting and well-furnished living area, designed for relaxation after a day of outdoor adventures as well as 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Cozy up by the fireplace, enjoy a movie night with friends and family or venture outside onto one of two private balcony's to either gaze at the amazing stars or soak in the private hot tub. Kids will enjoy the fenced off outdoor pool in the summer and the communal jacuzzi all year long.
Finally, stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi and enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer within the unit. Central heating and the cozy wood fire keep you warm during the winter months and don't worry about missing your flight because of a snow storm. The covered parking will keep your vehicle protected from the elements making your stay even more convenient.
The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and toaster oven. It's perfect for whipping up a delicious meal or preparing snacks for your outdoor excursions.
There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms located on the lower level and a small den above the kitchen, providing plenty of options for up to 6 adults max. The king bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with walk in shower and the second bath (combo shower / bath) is shared with the bunk room (double bunks) and the queen bedroom. The den has a brand new queen sleeper sofa.

My name is Susie Townshend and I started my business, Mountainside Treasures, in 2013. It is a small property management company that aims to excel in renting well positioned vacation properties in ski towns. Being small ensures that we maintain an attentive service for both our guests and clients. Check out the web page for more about me and what I can offer. I am also a ski instructor at Park City - let me know if you need some help to get you going once you are here!! I am British born and bred and moved to the east coast US in 2005. I passionately skied for several years with my 4 children, in Jay Peak, Vermont, but after visiting Utah a couple of times, made the move to Park City in 2012. We adore the life here, summer and winter. Utah is a mecca for outdoor enthusiasts and I am delighted to be able to share some of my family's passion with our guests. We would love to give recommendations of favorite places to visit, places to ski, places to bike and hike. We'd love to hear your stories too. As relative newcomers to Park City we are always exploring and constantly enjoying the discovery of new places and things to see and do.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 61 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 61 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
-All renters will be required to sign the renter agreement, that will be emailed immediately after booking and to provide a cc number for the file for Security deposit. -A $500 security deposit hold will be applied to the card on file the day before arrival and released within 7 days from departure. -This is a small community and guests are expected to maintain quiet hours between 10pm and 7 am. -Absolutely no animals, not even small, friendly, non-shedding, well behaved. Sorry! -No smoking is permitted on the property or within 20 ft of the building (Utah State Law) -All outer footwear MUST be removed on entry to the home.
